Ways you can obtain original artworks.

Artwork can be in your home a bunch of ways.

1. Buy shares of a piece of artwork  (the prefered sale)
   • I would like to be one of the profiteers as my paintings go up in value.:-)
2. Outright Purchase.
3. Rent a piece of artwork.

All pieces will be allocated "2" to "N" shares. One of which I will keep for shows.
A share will entitle you to a year of possession every # of shares.
Example: A piece of art work has 3 shares. You buy one share. You get to use the art work for one year every third year.(Etc).  I will be willing to share my time slot with share holders if the piece is not needed for a show. (possession time can be altered by the share holders affected)
If agreed to by all share holders, the art work can be put up for sale at a share holders agreed price greater than or equal value of all shares.  Share holders will recieve a percentage of the profits made from any reproductions.
The artist will be leason between owners for each item until I have sold my last share.
The artist agrees not to sell the last share of any piece of art work with out notifying all Share holders.
*Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the possessor

A price is agreed upon, and you will own all rights to the artwork.

• You can rent in chunks of time or month to month. 
  50% of your rent can be applied towards a portion on the cost of the work.
  *Shipping cost is paid by renter.
